Team Members
eddie Miles
managing partner
Eddie founded OHBC in 2014 and has been creating and renovating high-end residential and commercial properties for more than 25 years. He grew up in Southeast TN, studied at Belmont University and, with his wife Joni, has raised four kids here in Franklin, TN.
randy sapp
vp of operations
Randy has over 17 years of construction and contracting experience in the Nashville area. He has a B.S. in Construction Management from Georgia Southern and an MBA from MTSU. He lives in Colombia, TN with his wife Amber and their two children.
dale wesson
sr. project manager
Dale earned an engineering degree from UT and has worked in construction for over 35 years, bringing a wealth of commercial experience when he joined OHBC in 2015. He and his wife Dana live in Franklin, TN and have two daughters, one in and one recently graduated from college.
Jim larson
Sr. project manager
Jim hails from Minnesota and has worked with Eddie since 2000. With his wife Amanda and their two young daughters, he lives in Franklin, TN. Jim brings valuable experience, consistency and reliability to his leadership role at OHBC.
Randy roberts
project manager
After starting as a framer in FL, Randy moved to TN in 1984, serving as a county assessor and then lead carpenter with Eddie at Crane Builders. He joined OHBC in 2017, lives in Spring Hill with his wife Brenda and enjoys being Granball to two wonderful grandchildren.
Ben cysiewski
Project manager
Ben grew up in construction near Minneapolis/St. Paul and studied mechanical engineering in Eagan, MN. He moved to Nashville in 2012 and managed a chain of hardware stores in Bell Meade before joining the OHBC team in 2016.
nic omnes
site superintendent
Nic came to TN from Nevada, having worked in both construction and non-profits supporting children with disabilities. He joined OHBC in 2015 and lives in Chapel Hill with his wife Ashley and their menagerie of animals.
jeff killebrew
office manager
Jeff joined the team in 2016 with a background in camps, non-profit marketing and office management. A graduate of the University of Florida, he moved to TN in 2012 with his wife Heather and their three young children.
